At VPS Data, we're committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. Please review our return policy below for information on returning items for a refund.
Return Eligibility:
- Initiate returns within 30 days from the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original tags and packaging for a full refund.
Return Process:
Initiate the Return:
- Contact our customer service team at info@vpsdata.be to start the return process. Include your order number and a brief reason for the return.
Shipping the Item:
- Upon authorization, securely pack the item in its original packaging.
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refund Processing:
- After receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it for compliance with the return eligibility criteria.
- Refunds will be processed within 30 business days to the original payment method.
Trade-In Program:
Welcome to the VPS Data Trade-In Program! Upgrade your old items and save with our easy trade-in process.
Trade-In Eligibility:
- Trade in your items anytime, regardless of purchase date.
- Items must be in good condition. Used items are accepted, but trade-in value will be based on their condition and will not exceed 60% of the original price.
Trade-In Process:
Initiate the Trade:
- Contact our customer service team at store@vpsdata.shop with your order number to start the trade-in process. Provide details about the item you wish to trade in. no reason needed.
Evaluation and Offer:
- Our team will evaluate the condition of your item and provide a trade-in value offer.
- Trade-in value will be determined based on the condition of the item, with a maximum of 60% of the original price.
- There are exceptions.
Acceptance and Discount Code:
- If you accept the trade-in offer, you will receive a discount code equivalent to the trade-in value.
- Use the discount code for a replacement order with a value equivalent to the trade-in value.
Shipping the Item:
- Upon acceptance of the trade-in offer, securely pack the item for return shipment.
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
